Workout

1. pull ups
2. jumping squats (with weight if you have it)
3. hand release push ups
4. broad jump
5. squat press
6. burpee push up lateral jump
7. jumping lunges (1,1) with weight
8. jump overs/donkey kicks
9. shoulder taps (1,1) incline feet for more of a challenge
10. tuck jumps/hurdle jumps
If you are a beginner, try to get through this workout without the cardio. Maybe even start with 15,10 reps.  As you gain strength and endurance, start adding in the cardio. Don't ever look at a workout and think that you can't do it. There are multiple ways to modify so that anything is doable.  
Set a timer for 5 min. No matter where you in the workout, stop and do 2 min of cardio from below. If you want the workout to last 1 hr, repeat cardio.
1. jump rope
2. sprints 30 sec on 10 sec off X3
3. run
4. hill sprints/15 incline 4 speed on treadmill
5. suicides: draw your lines with sidewalk chalk making the distance equal for about 5 lines
